With Balboa Press, you can fulfill your dream of becoming a published author. The process is faster and easier than you might think. We care about seeing your book published, and our expertise will guide you through each and every step.
How It Works
1. TALK
You’ll begin the booking publishing process by speaking with a publishing consultant about your book goals. You have the flexibility to create a custom project plan for the submission, production, and promotion of your self-published book.
2. SUBMIT
Then, the process starts! You submit your materials for self-publishing after purchasing your customized published package. A representative will connect with you shortly after and discuss where and in what format to send your materials.
A content evaluation will begin. If editorial and illustration services are purchased, it will take a bit longer.
3. REVIEW
After all materials are submitted, a design team will work with you to create a book cover and interior book design you’ve always imagined.
4. PARTICIPATE
Any last-minute changes to the design can be made before approval with a publishing services associate.
5. APPROVE
When the layout of your book is complete, YOU will approve everything!
