Today, there is a reasonable gender equality in work force, Carrier, profession, discipline, politics etc., though most women still feel there are jobs that are not suitable for women, in politics, very few women partake actively. The world have evolved and still evolving, times have changed, women’s necessity in the large working force is increasing, financial freedom, family support are the major reason why this is happening, it’s time to get involved, there is a giant named “I am capable” in you, she is sleeping and you need to wake her up, wake her up and tell her to get knowledge, get involved and increase productivity. There is a giant in you, her name is “I am capable” wake up every morning and wake her up, she can’t be eating your food, staying under your roof for free without getting things done, she can’t be quiet when the society needs her to talk, she can’t be sleeping when her roof is on fire, she have to wake up and work. The woman in you is far more valuable than you may have known, she is more powerful, she is more resourceful, she is very smart and intelligent, she is hardworking, she is strong, she is productive, she is resilient, she is focused, she is more than what you used to know, be that Woman in you.
