You, my dearest soul, are infinity, perfect, whole, one and divine!
If you have feelings towards or about anyone else that are not whole (anything other than loving thoughts are not whole) then you must own it! This is how you heal yourself and become whole again.
The person or people whom you have ill thoughts and feelings towards are showing you what you need to heal or embrace within yourself. Would an iconic master such as Jesus, Mother Teresa, Saint Germain, or the Dali Lama let people make them feel upset or unholy because they appeared to commit an unholy act? Or would they feel empathy for all parties involved? Would they get all worried and question their faith in love, God, and all that is because people called them phonies? Or would they smile and know that the persons who called them phonies did so because they felt lost and insecure in their own faith?
The message here is simple, as are all messages of truth: don’t let what other people say or do around you define who you are. No longer look at them and say, “They made me feel blah” because it is just that—blah blah blah! It is nothing!
Nothing, delusions, illusions, dreams, and even nightmares are all un-wholly (unholy) and are suggestions that something is not real. You are “whole” (holy). Remember this today!
When in delusion people may say, “He has a bee in his bonnet.” “Those people are looking at me funny.” “She is a such-and-such.” The thing is that gossip creates more unreality for you, so too does true substance when pulled apart from the one. I know this may be a little confusing, but what is important is that you begin to understand the difference between what is real (whole) and what is not (un-whole).
Love is whole; fear is not. Fear is only love that is not embraced by you.
Eternal life is whole; death is not. Death is only a transition of change.
Be careful as you heal and become whole not to judge what you think is whole and what is not. There is no exception to this rule!
All is whole! This is all you need to concern yourself with.
As humans strive to become enlightened, they can fall into a pattern of more judgement than they even had to begin with! For example: You may pick up a polystyrene cup and be so grateful that it is full of the lovingly prepared pumpkin soup it holds. Or maybe you are so worried about the artificial substance of polystyrene hurting you and the environment that you not only upset your inner physical chemistry with worry, you don’t even enjoy the magically prepared pumpkin soup because you think it has been contaminated by the polystyrene, and by now you've chucked the whole thing out and just go without anything? Living a lie is exhausting!
Worry gets you nowhere and only creates more separation in your illusion. Your worry is not even real (it is only something unloved by you), but whilst you think it is real, it will continue to keep yourself and others from being whole.
The building blocks of wholeness are in all things. All is well, all, is divine, all, is love. Relax, use discernment, do what feels right for you without judgement, allow others to do the same, and enjoy the ride of life that is now moving forward, back home to wholeness.

Breath of Bliss Perfection (BOB) (three breaths)
B: Cross your arms over your chest with fingertips near your shoulders.
Breathe in slowly, deeply, and comfortably. Open inside yourself. Feel yourself expand internally with no limitations. State in your mind and feel in your body: "I, [insert full birth name], …”
O. Press the palms of your hands firmly on your temples. Hold your breath in for a comfortable amount of time. Continue to focus and feel your inner wholeness expanding. State in your mind and feel in your body: “… am …"
B: Cup your hands above your head (palms down) and open your arms out to your sides in a big opening circle to cup at the bottom. This is an opening gesture of your eternal wholeness. Breathe out slowly, deeply, and comfortably. Feel your wholeness open into infinity. All is whole in love. State in your mind and feel in your body: “… whole!”
P: Pause in this perfect moment for a comfortable amount of time. Bring your hands back around to rest on your opposite shoulders and feel your wholeness.
Repeat three times back-to-back, for best results.
You might like to tack on: “I am whole and so too is all else, even [name anything that you are struggling with] is whole. I accept this wholeness that I am, and I accept the wholeness of all else.”
Set the intention now to feel your wholeness today and tonight with every breath. Expand inward (breathe in), expand outward (breathe out). It is a feeling that you are ready to trust again, ready to put all your faith and trust in love, and that means there is no room for stiffness!
You can repeat this whenever you wish, anytime, any day, anywhere.
You can do this without sound or action too, as it is the feeling of truthful bliss as you breathe that is most important.
This is so simple, and the more you endorse it within you, the more amazing you will feel. This exercise assists you to self-navigate, stimulate, and exhilarate your entire being.
