Peace is like that proverbial carrot dangled before all of us. Lifetimes are spent seeking this sense of peace. In many cases we work tirelessly in a career that brings us very little satisfaction, in the hopes of reaching a comfortable retirement in the future. Meanwhile, our lives pass us by and the peace we have sought for so long eludes us still. I am in no way insinuating that everyone quit their job; instead, we must come to the realization that the peace we seek will be like that carrot dangling before us until we place ourselves in a position of acceptance. The acceptance spoken of is the mindset of being in acceptance of what is. Much of what occurs in our lives is met with resistance on our parts, and we fail to embrace the underlying messages contained in these events. Quite often, when we place ourselves in a position of resistance, this interferes with our peace. Still we continue on the same path, not finding peace, when in actuality, we need to redirect. In our human state we tend to overcomplicate and overanalyze happenings in our lives. Whether it is a career change, loss of a friendship, or the end of a marriage, we must look deeper into what is occurring and what positive realization is being brought forth. Being in acceptance will allow this to happen.

Our presence here and all our experiences are not random. Instead, a Divinely choreographed set of circumstances are placed before us to give us the experience our soul has sought. To find the simplicity of life, we are challenged to look beyond our three dimensional existence, and we must explore deeply who and what we truly are.
About the Author
Ken Freschi spent thirty-seven years as an automotive technician, co-owning an automotive franchise for twenty-five years. In 2009 Ken was gifted with receiving Divinely-inspired messages. As time progressed, a sense of disconnect was felt between himself and his chosen career. With a faith in Divine timing and God’s guidance, Ken sold his business in 2014 to pursue a more spiritually-centered journey. With an amazing new perspective on life, Ken published his first two books, Our Walk to Eternity and Time to Listen in 2013 and 2015. The messages in Ken’s books are placed in chronological order only to show what was occurring at the time the messages were received. He is quick to add that the messages within the books have been spiritually gifted, a gift he must share. Ken received training as a certified Spiritual Counselor at the Psyche Institute for Higher Learning at the Healing in Harmony Center in Connecticut. He furthered his spiritual development at the Robbat Center for the Advancement of Energy Healing in Massachusetts. Ken now walks forward on his path with a renewed sense of peace and faith that all is as it should be, and has given up control to God and His guidance. His new path includes being an author, spiritual counselor, an Akashic Record Reader and a Reiki Master Teacher.
