There Is Another Way
You’re successful. You’re driven. And now, you’re disillusioned. You’ve outgrown your job, your circumstances, and/or your level of happiness. You’ve considered making a change, as you’ve done before--but this time the thought of having to work so darn hard overwhelms you, holding you in place. You’re tired before you even begin, and you think maybe, just maybe, where you are at is good enough after all.
But instead of feeling relieved, you feel like you are giving up.
I see you. I hear you. I am you. I have been right where you are. I understand exactly how you feel. And I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to exhaust yourself in order to upgrade your direction. There is another way. This time, you can achieve without the struggle. This time, you can Glide to success. I have experienced this surprising approach to success for myself, I have shared it with others and I want to share it with you.
How Did I End Up Here?
You know how to work hard and achieve; you’ve successfully done it before. Maybe you pursued education or training to further your skills, putting in the time and effort needed to complete your studies. Maybe you even graduated at the top of your class, possibly while also raising a family. Likely while doing double- (or triple-) duty by simultaneously working at a job. You set your sights on the career you wanted, you did the work necessary to become qualified, and you pursued it with a passion. You never doubted that you would land the career you desired. And you did.
You’re a self-starter, a go-getter, an independent accomplisher who also plays well on a team. You put yourself in front of the pack, got noticed, showed confidence and determination. at the interview. You are the total package, an employer’s dream and gift -- and when you’re interviewing, they absolutely recognize this. When you applied for that career position or promotion, you were the one they hired. You nailed the interview. You landed your dream job.
And then you worked at that job, put in the time, coming in early and staying late. You took on the tasks and projects that no one else would--or could. You knew that through your hard work you would rise higher, get promoted. And you did.
You set a goal, you got focused and did what it took to achieve that goal, and you created your success. Well done! You attained and have been living your career dream!
Except now…you’re not. The taste of joy has gone stale. Possibly for quite some time now.
And you’re likely a bit annoyed at yourself for this. I mean, really--you chose this. You pursued this. And you got what you wanted. You thought this was IT, that reaching this would be a one-way ticket to a lifetime of career satisfaction.
Good news! It’s completely fine that you’re not happy with your achievements anymore! It’s not a failing that your hard-won success no longer lights you up! This is simply a sign that it’s time for a change. A leveling-up. It’s time to achieve and succeed again. To now expand into the new evolution of yourself, the person that you have quietly been becoming all during this time. The baby outgrows the womb. The chick outgrows the egg (so does the eaglet, the alligator, and the platypus, for that matter).
You are at a point where you want something else. But oh, you don’t want to go through all that again. But oh, you’re at this age now. You had to spend how many years attaining that last success? You had to spend how much energy achieving that last goal? Do you even still have the drive and stamina that you had back then? It seems that for the first time in your life, the effort may outweigh the dream.
Let me show you how to use that beautiful drive of yours in a way that can create your successful results, but in a different way—not through effort, but through ease and joy.
It’s okay to have been driven. It’s actually good to have been so focused and determined: just look at what amazing results you have achieved! But you can use your focus and determination in a different way, achieving without having to work so hard at it. Career, relationships, wellness, and more: you can indeed succeed at all of these without having to go through that whole intensive process again. There is an easier way to get where we desire to be, and I’m going to walk you through this process. It’s called The Glide.
