My book allows adults and young children to explore and examine their worries and how they are impacted by them in their daily lives. Adults can share with young children their own childhood worries, as does the grandmother in this book and thereby, provide guidelines for children to pursue how their own worries might be reduced. Grandma introduces her childhood stories by saying, "When I was a little girl, sometimes I wore a worry face too."

About the Book
A Big Worry for Molly tells a story of a young girl who will be starting a new school soon. Molly is worried about being teased because of a speech difficulty. Her close relationship with her grandmother allows Molly to express her worry and find encouragement from her grandmother's childhood stories.
About the Author
Using nature, stories, art and meditation, children can gain confidence for reducing worry. The author is a former teacher and Marriage and Family Therapist who hopes to inspire young children and adult readers to express and discuss their own unique stories about worry.
