About the Author
Sharon has worked as a Child and Adolescent Counsellor and in Adult Mental Health. Sharon most enjoys the theories underpinning Existential, Narrative and Psychodynamic Psychotherapies. Sharon holds degrees in Psychotherapy (Masters), Law (with Honours) and Arts (English and Drama). Sharon also paints enthusiastically - even the draft illustrations for this book!
