About the Author

Integrative health practitioner Cynthia Sandridge embraces the gentle, non-invasive, hands-on healing art of Reiki and therapeutic massage. Co-founder of Nucleus Holistic Healing, Sandridge is a member of United Nations Association of the USA, Ayurveda Health Practices, Reiki Healers Worldwide, and Light Workers of the West. She attended the Healing Arts Institute, Sacramento City College, and the University of the Pacific. Sandridge is a Certified Massage Therapist and Reiki ii Practitioner, as well as holding degrees in math, engineering, and environmental science.
