The Power and Light that is You

Chapter One REMEMBERING WHO YOU ARE! As within, so without... God is but Love, and therefore so am I. ♥ In the beginning there was light, vibration and sound. This is all energy, everything is energy...... First of all, we are all simply amazing human beings. You are simply an amazing human being. We have literally come to this planet to experience all we are here to experience and so much more. We are here to learn and grow and expand our awareness using the five senses we were born with and to remember the other senses that are less obvious and to claim them. What would life be like if we did not have purpose sprinkled with lots of love? The fact is if we are not growing and expanding we are stagnant and dying. Many experience life without purpose and little sense of what love is and have allowed ego to run their life finding little happiness or freedom with these limiting perspectives. Science has looked out into the cosmos and discovered the way the structure of the cosmos looks, the macrocosm (the world or the universe, considered as a single entity), appears to be the same as the structure of the cellular appearance of the brain, the microcosm (a miniature world or universe)! We are made up of the same elements of the cosmos and the planet we live on. For instance, our planet is made up of approximately seventy percent water and so are we. It is also said that ninety percent of our body mass is stardust, as all of the elements except hydrogen and helium are created in the stars. So these interesting discoveries are proof that we are made up of the same stuff of the universe and the planet we inhabit! . As this being a certain truth, then we may see our self as the Gods and Goddesses of the universe we call our body! We have complete control of this body by how we treat it, what habits we choose, thoughts we think and what we surround our body in whether clothes or environment, the food we put into it and more. How do we honor this responsibility? If you have given this power of choice away to someone or something else you may be feeling disempowered in life. Did you know that uni-verse means one song? Isn't that beautiful.... This is significant because if we are of the universe which is of God, Source, Spirit or whatever your terminology is for All That Is, would that not mean that we are the same as this energy? And if we are the same as this energy would we not have the same capabilities that this energy represents? Energy such as unlimited potential in all areas of your life ~ love, abundance, prosperity, creativity, joy and more? In my experience with those I have worked with is that the further separated they feel from what you call God or Higher Self the more feelings of fear, anxiety, depression, uselessness, unworthiness, hopelessness and undeserving were felt and expressed. The Course in Miracles states that if it is not of love it is fear. Two types of energy cannot occupy the same space. So if you could choose a God that is of fear, damnation, judgment, punishment and so forth as opposed to a God of unconditional love, joy, unlimited possibility and more, which do you choose? Which are you choosing now and what does that feel like? Again, two types of energy cannot occupy the same space, just as two cars wanting to occupy the same parking space is not possible. Those that do not have a connection or are feeling so unworthy as to believe they can even have that relationship are the most lost. Feeling separation from your Higher Self leads to addiction, unhealthy relationships, poor choices in life and more. A WORD ABOUT FEAR We cannot condemn fear entirely or invalidate it. Without fear we would have no measure as to where we are at in our consciousness expansion. For example, just a few short years ago I would have never sought out the experience of speaking in public. Just too fearful and what circumstance would I ever want to do such a thing, it seemed difficult and beyond that very frightening and there was plenty of support for me to stay that way as well. When I decided this was the next step for me I looked at the fear and pushed through it creating and accepting opportunities to speak, definitely out of my comfort zone. Fear is a gauge for where we are, if it's something worth pushing through to the next step we must 'step away from the fear' in order to expand beyond our self limiting boundaries.
