Today, I am in a great place physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This book is the story of how I got to where I am today.
First, let me explain a little bit about the title A Clear Blue Mind.
Clear:
- very obvious
- not causing or allowing doubt
- easily understood
- free from doubt or confusion
Blue:
the color of the sky and the oceans; often associated with depth and stability
considered beneficial to the mind and body
symbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, truth, and heaven
Mind:
the part of a person that thinks, reasons, feels, and remembers
where our soul meets our earthly being
With a clear blue mind, everything is possible.
A clear blue mind is what I am working toward, and I began the journey before I even realized it—from a young girl going through her own traumas to a woman meditating and finding herself. It was during a guided meditation that I saw and spoke to my grandma, and she gave me a gift. The gift was a book, and it was blank—nothing in it. She told me that I was to write the book, and at that moment, many past memories and thoughts came together, and I realized with confidence that, yes, I was going to write a book. I was surprised at first, but then I realized that I was getting this message at exactly the right time in my life. Right at that time, my life was changing, and I was changing dramatically.
I knew in my heart and soul to trust the message to write a book. I had faith in myself to do it and faith that this was exactly what I was supposed to do. I had never entertained the thought of writing a book, and I surely didn’t know how to write a book. But somewhere deep inside me, I just knew it was right. It was my purpose in life—or at least one of my purposes. With that knowing and faith, I sat down and asked my angels what I was supposed to write and that they guide me throughout the book. And then I just started to write.
The words just came to me from somewhere out there, or somewhere within me, or maybe it was both. Many times, while writing this book, some of the words and ideas were new to me yet somehow familiar, as if somewhere within me, I knew all this and was just being reminded of it all.
I have put my heart, soul, and energy into this book, and I hope that these words will help everyone who is willing to stop, take a deep breath, listen, and be open to shifting their lives to see where their own highway will take them.
I ask for guidance every day to be able to see within myself and know the wisdom that is a part of my soul. I trust what I know and have faith that it will guide me to where I need to be. Every idea and thought is a small part of my wisdom, and each time I write about a new idea or thought, I get closer to seeing the bigger picture of myself and my wisdom.
If you were to journal every day about all your thoughts, ideas, experiences, dreams, and intuitions, the energy in and around you would change, along with the people around you. Your thoughts would change. The way you see people and situations would change. The way you see the world around you would change. Just acknowledging and writing down your thoughts will move you forward in your journey.
