Contentment
God is without beginning, without end – a vast, loving Presence that suffuses everything with light, with the throb of life itself. No matter how inert, no matter how etheric, whether hard or soft, visible or invisible, dark or light, tall or short, fast or slow, it’s all Consciousness. And the very nature of Consciousness is bliss, an unimaginable love that permeates everything. I too am this One. I am a contracted version of this vast Power and Presence, and yet my essence is Divinity itself, free, unlimited, creative, loving. Knowing this, I experience deep gratitude for what is, because everything and everyone in my world is an expression of this magnificence. This is the ongoing recognition: to see God in everything. As I do, I grow in compassion, wisdom, clarity and love. My life blossoms in every way, and I am filled with contentment. My future happiness is guaranteed by the truth inherent in these words.

About the Author
A meditator for twenty-five years, Sandra Leader is an associate minister at the Center for Spiritual Awakening in Pacific Grove, California. A former journalist, she is also an artist with a passion for helping others discover their own creativity. She lives in Carmel Valley, California, with her husband, Lewis.
