The notion that visualizing what you want manifests it, as some movies and books have suggested, is a near-truth. Even the notion that just feeling happy manifests good things is a bit of an oversimplification of the process. The Truth is that in order to co-Create something, you have to vibrationally become like it. That is, your vibrational essence has to become identical to the vibrational essence of what you want in order to create the mutual resonance that attracts it into your life. Two water droplets on a windshield attract because they are alike—their chemical polarity is the same, and their vibrational energy is the same. And so they attract, as if magically, to form one bigger drop of water. If, on the other hand, one drop was of vinegar and the other drop was of oil, they would not attract. In fact, they would not mix homogeneously even if you try to shake them in a bottle. Now as you might have guessed, this does not mean that you actually have to have a million dollars to feel like a million dollars, hence the expression: “I feel like a million dollars.” It just means that if a million dollars is your co-Creation goal, you have to get yourself to internally feel as you would when you get your million dollars—before it happens. It’s kind of like a “fake it till you make it” type of deal.
Now the only successful way to truly vibrate in an identical frequency as what you want is to have a complete Internal Experience of it. What gets your energetic vibration into likeness and resonance with the energetic vibration of what you want is when get your inner self to fully experience reality from the perspective of having (or being) what you want. The internal experience can be better understood when you think of dreams. Have you ever had one of those dreams that you felt were so very real that it took you a while to wake up? And when you were having this dream, everything seemed so real that you woke up sweating with your heart beating fast, like you’ve actually run a perfect marathon, or you woke up feeling completely satisfied like you’ve actually had a real orgasm (excuse the down-south example here, but it’s a good one). Having a complete internal experience is reminiscent of these real dreams. For example, you may have a limited budget with which to shop for necessities on a particular day. But having written your Freedom Journal that morning, you have tuned into your internal reality in which you shop freely for everything you want. So even though you may be shopping at Food For Less instead of at Whole Paycheck Market, you buy yourself some of the things that make you feel abundant and free in that moment, and more importantly – you do it with the joy of knowing that in the grand scheme of things, you are abundant.
A complete internal experience is more than just visualizing what you want, although clearly visualizing what you want does help. So do fostering positive thoughts and feelings. But what bring your energetic vibration into likeness and resonance with that abundance, and eventually magnetize it into manifestation in physical form in your life, is experiencing life from an internal reality in which you can almost smell, taste, hear, see, and touch the abundance you envision yourself in. That is why, for example, you always get plenty of dating opportunities when you already are seeing someone and are in love, because beyond pheromones, when you are in love, you are radiating a vibration of love, which attracts more love in the form of other potential mates to your new energetic vibration. That is also why the best gifts from the Universe always land in your lap when you already feel abundant. The thing is to feel abundant even if in the current physical reality of your life you can’t make ends meet; to feel beloved, even if in the current reality of your life you are alone; and to feel like you are in great shape, even if in the reality of your life you are eighty pounds overweight. Now, this doesn’t mean that you should stop honoring your physical limitations, for honoring physical limitations is an integral part of being kind to yourself, and perhaps also having a little ‘life-smarts’. But it does mean internally living in a reality where what you want is already manifested. As an example: have you ever seen an ugly looking woman walk into a bar with an air of… “I’m the most desirable woman in here” about her? You must have noticed that every man in the bar turns to look at her, and most men find her attractive. It isn’t so much because the men in this example think she is an easy lay that they find her attractive. It is because this woman projects her internal reality of beauty out into the world, and her external reality shifts to oblige her.
Now I know how hard it is to internally really feel abundant, beautiful and in shape when the external reality of things is far from it. But here is another way that meditation can come to the rescue. Meditationally dwelling in the Internal Reality of your Ideal Lifepath is a tremendous tool to help shift your energetic vibration into likeness and resonance with all that you want, and is therefore a powerful manifestation tool. We will learn to do that in Seven Stages to co-Creating Prosperity From Your Soul. Another tool is RezoDance, if it is offered in your area. I have had many wonderful synchronicity events happen right after RezoDance sessions, because RezoDance helps me internally experience reality from the perspective of having what I want. Auspicious synchronic events always result when one is able to have an Internal Experience of what they want so realistic that they can dwell in its joy, and project that joy vibration into the world. We have all had days in which we get out of bed in the morning on the wrong side. And on those days it seems like everything is going wrong and every stumbling block mounts our way. On the other hand, we all have days in which we just feel radiant and happy. And miraculously, on those days, it seems like the world follows suit: the cashier in the supermarket beams a kind smile to us, the postman brings us checks instead of bills, and the flowers just bloom our way. These are just some examples of how we constantly project who we are into the cosmos, and how that projection influences what resonates with our essence, and thus manifests in our lives.
