About the Book

Love is magical and mundane, romantic and practical; it is in the tone of our voices and timbres of our hearts.

Love’s Wild Journey: Poems from an Untamed Heart is a collection inspired by life’s everyday experiences as viewed through love’s lens.

courage is the seat of compassion

gratitude is the seed of happiness

love is the heart of it all

“A true poet must live as a poem lives, couched in the space between speech and song. I have known Sherry as a friend, a student, a teacher and poet...I have never seen her out of tune or out of step with the rhythm of her true voice. I love her...read her words and you will love her too.”

~ Melanie Smith ~ Actress, Entrepreneur, Coach

“Sherry’s imagery renews our half-forgotten connections to the natural world. She unabashedly appeals to our capacity for joy and love. Her poetry so resonates with lyricism, it could, nay, should,be put to music.”

~ Ellie Slott Fisher Author, Journalist, Teacher
