Chapter 2 introduces you to the World of Your Heart and the kind, loving, wonderful things living there with you and Source all the time. It also shows you the difference between the World of Your Heart and the World of Your Mind. I introduce “Mindmuck”, when your mind is taking over and making you feel crappy.
Chapter 3 explains in detail the three easy steps you can take to get you out of Mindmuck and into the World of Your Heart.
Chapter 4 tells you important things about your brain. Scientists have recently discovered that your brain is going through major changes that affect you very much. You can learn to work with the awesome things your brain does better during adolescence than at any other time of your life.
Chapter 5 answers questions about the spiritual inner power you have to bring yourself to the World of Your Heart and make yourself feel and think better in the most difficult situations of your life.
