I believe by putting all the great thoughts in their minds as early as we can, we can empower them to be strong, thoughtful individuals who can understand that their happiness lies within them…nowhere else.

About the Author

From the moment you meet Kim you understand what “living your passion” means. Endless energy, genuine kindness and deep intuitive understanding of human nature lives within her.

Kim has spent the last 17 years working with the self development industry, ten of those years working for internationally known peak performance coach, Anthony Robbins. She has worked with thousands of people during this time and has literally taken her own life to a new level. Whether it’s one - on - one sessions, leading a team or large group training, Kim has the experience.

Previously, Kim has owned various businesses, from an advertising - commercial photography agency to an ice cream shop. She has been in the business world since she was 16 when her father had her helping with his car wash business. Her experience in business adds greatly to her coaching career.

In addition, Kim also holds a degree in commercial photography as well as certifications in graphic arts.

In 2008 she received a Master Gardeners Certification from the University of Rhode Island.

Over the past twelve years, Kim has studied in detail to add depth to her coaching skills. Along with her work at Anthony Robbins, she has studied NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) as well as studying with other well known masters - Dr. Wayne Dyer, Dr. Deepak Chopra, and Dr. John Gray. Her zest for learning keeps this list continually growing.

Kim currently lives in Rhode Island with her family and lots of pets.

Jill has been a professional artist for 5 years, although she has been creating art since she could walk. Her artwork has been and always will be her sincerest form of expression. She is captivated and inspired by colors, patterns and textures. Jill is fascinated with many forms of art and hope to work with in many more mediums throughout her life, as her creative thoughts seem endless.

After leaving a corporate career in 2008 Jill became prolific in her painting, creating over 300 acrylic paintings and multi-media works in less than 2 years. In 2009 she started an art healing therapy project for cancer survivors, and in 2012 Jill began an art healing community project for cancer survivors, their family and friends. Jill has a passion for teaching art to adults and children with a main focus of encouraging creative confidence and unleashing one's artistic influence.

Illustrating a children's book has been a longtime aspiration of Jill’s, and the “cartooning” process was a new challenge that she is overjoyed to have accomplished in this book. Bringing BuLu to life was a special and wonderful journey. It was important for her to fill this book with vibrant colors, fun scenes, and a lovable furry character. She fondly remembers the wonderful times of when her mother read to her as a child, and the laughter and excitement special books brought to them with each turn of the page. Jill hopes this book brings a smile to you and your child's face as well, making you both eager to see what comes next. It is her dream that you will all enjoy and fall in love with BuLu the way she has.
