About the Author

Kathleen Y. Rattigan is a counsellor in the work of advanced addiction therapy that helps heal holistically. She is also a spiritual teacher for souls seeking answers as to their “raison d’être”. Kathleen has published numerous articles relating to the well being of body, mind and spirit. She has formal training in Counselling Skills, Drug & Alcohol Addiction, Adult Psychology, Fitness & Nutrition, and Relaxation Therapy. She has achieved 33 Levels of Metaphysical Awareness Training from a renowned Spiritual University. Kathleen now lives peacefully in a secluded valley located in the heartland of Quebec, Canada. She is happily surrounded by a large and loving family, has been merrily married for a long time, and enjoys her extended feline family.
