About the Book
Learn, create, be, transform, and awaken are general words, but this book offers simple and practical guideposts on key aspects of daily living. For example, learn how simply becoming very attentive can create more vibrant health. In relationships, instead of the habitual egoic, ping-pong reactivity, learn how to frequently be in sane connectedness. Also, rather than taking your home for granted, learn how to make your abode a sacred space. Even your hobbies can become windows of opportunities to stillness and peacefulness. It is critically important to have our families learn how the challenging daily barrage of doom and gloom can become transformed to examples of peace, wonder, and joy. As Gandhi said, “Be in the world what you want to see in the world.”
