Miami Book Fair 2024 Book Signing

Located at the Author Solutions Booth

Being the biggest book festival in the United States, the Miami Book Fair brings together thousands of book lovers annually to honour the written word. In your one-hour book signing at the Author Solutions booth, you’ll engage directly with festival attendees and forge connections with enthusiastic readers.

The fair will be at Miami Dade College in Miami, Florida, from 22nd to 24th November 2024. 

What you get:

• A one-hour Book signing session – Take the spotlight by signing books during your dedicated hour at the Author Solutions booth during the Miami Book Fair.
• Promotional materials – Receive 50 bookmarks to distribute to readers and fans, alongside a poster showcased during your book signing to publicize the event.
• 50 softcover copies of your book – Autograph and distribute 50 copies to eager readers at the festival.*
• Placement in the Author Solutions Bookstore Gallery – 6 softcover copies of your book will be exhibited and available for sale in the Author Solutions Bookstore Gallery.
• A slot in the Author Solutions Book Catalogue – Your book cover and book description will appear in our digital catalogue, showcasing all the books in the Author Solutions gallery. With a simple click from the catalogue, interested purchasers can also buy your book through reliable online retail websites. Guests can access the digital catalogue via the QR codes displayed in the gallery.
• Two passes to Miami Book Fair  – Entry passes also grant access to the festival’s own programs and events on the day of your book signing with Author Solutions.

To be eligible for this service, your book must be live and currently available for purchase.

What You Need To Know

The registration deadline is 30th September 2024. Spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so act promptly.

*Please Note:

• Your book must be live and available for sale before purchasing this service. No exceptions.
• If your book is in resubmission, we cannot guarantee that the resubmitted version will be available for the event; the older version of your title may be used instead.
• Your catalogue description will be adapted from your book’s description in our bookstore.
• Authors are responsible for their own travel arrangements and expenses.
• This event is held outdoors, so please check the weather forecast so you can plan accordingly. This event is held rain or shine. No refunds due to weather.
• Only one author is allowed per book signing.
• You are not allowed to bring copies of your book to sign in addition to the 50 copies we will provide for you. Authors may keep any copies of their book that remain after the signing, but these copies may not be sold at the fair.
• The Miami Book Fair will also be conducting author book signings and will have a separate, larger space for them, but you will be associated with the Author Solutions booth.
