About the Book

Little Diamond felt a deep longing to live near the Sea. As Diamonds do not come from the Sea, this created a sense of unease and not belonging. Diamond's friends and family were kind and understanding, and showed loving support as Diamond discovered how to live an authentic and fulfilling life.

About the Author

C. J. HODGE enjoyed a career as a Labor and Delivery RN, participating in the birth of over 5,000 new people during her career. She holds a degree in Science and in Registered Nursing. She has formal and informal education in Childhood Development and Emotional Health/ Development of children of all ages. C. J. has gained wisdom through the experience of raising her own children, and grandchildren as well as tending to many others who have needed her support when navigating life’s difficult times. She is compassionate and has a creative and playful way of teaching.
