Finding Your Light

We are beings of light that are meant to experience joy, wonder, and awe. Our past experiences weigh us down, affect our perspective, change how we react and unless we heal from these experiences, they continue to shape our reactions. We build walls, hide from shame, avoid conversations, divert to avoid being uncomfortable or even strive to make others happy. We, in turn, lose ourselves, no longer able to trust our own thoughts and struggle to even decide what it is we want. So, you can see why healing is important, but where in the world do you start when karma, contracts, past lives, and every moment until now has played a part in where you are today?
