Over the Rainbow to a New Found Consciousness
The contents of this book are intended to help in the understanding of how to live a life that is positive, happy, more enlightened and with an awareness that there is more to life than mere survival in a world that is stressful and can even be harmful for our mental health. As the book title suggests its content contains exercises, meditations and information about how to change our way of thinking in order to help us to change our life around and create the life we desire to live.
The chapters of the book explain that by using intuition, skills of observation and experimentation our ancestors learned about nature. From their knowledge they left us a legacy through archaeology, the written word, myth and legend from thousands of years ago that can be used to enable us to create our dream life. Some of these are documented in the book.
The ancient people learned to understand their natural habitat and the cycle of life, death and rebirth which enabled them to develop a more practical and spiritual understanding of nature and how to go with its flow. They were also interested in the night sky and developed Astrology, numerology and how to predict the future from the movements of the planets.
However, the stresses and strains of modern life have caused us to lose this connection with nature. In some cases, this disconnect has also caused us to lose our identity as biological beings, our cultural background and sense of community. The book explores some of our ancestors’ cultural beliefs and how we can use them to enhance our life in our modern world.
I have also added a description of what has become known as ‘creating our own reality’ and the ‘metaphysics of illness’. Many of us are completely unaware of what they mean, how they work, or why accidents and ailments occur from a metaphysical point of view. Therefore, I have included exercises that will help to understand these phrases. In order to understand the metaphysics of illness, which I describe as the emotion behind the dis-ease in the body, I have included a description of the bodies subtle energy systems and how they have ascended along with our more spiritual awareness of life on Earth. These are explored in detail throughout the book as is our personal identity and emotional responses to situations which may affect our health.
The content also includes the Universal Principles. It explains the seven Universal Laws that help us co-create with the Universal energies however, or whatever you associate with this energy. These are discussed along with the history of the Theosophical Society, Ascended Masters, Hermes Trismegistus and The Kybalion.
Included amongst the pages I have written about how the astrological and intuitive expertise of many of these ancient indigenous cultures, living thousands of years ago, led them to highlight the winter solstice of 2012 as a very important date for the Earth.
This created a lot of speculation about the events that may occur at that time amongst modern Astrologers and spiritual groups, not least being the end of the World. The information being channelled from the higher realms pointed to the fact that Earth was ascending from the 3rd Dimension. However, to me it seems evident that the Earth and all that populate her have been evolving and ascending alongside our physical evolution, since time began and 21st December 2012, the date of the Winter Solstice was just a marker in time in that process.
It also explains about the conundrum of time and the concept of many dimensions and explores the concept of humankind being multi-dimensional.
Over the Rainbow to a New Found Consciousness explains that the early Astrologers were predicting the Dawning of the Age of Aquarius which is connected to the movement of the Sun through the various Star Constellations. This is explained in detail in the book along with an explanation of the Ascension of Earth and the affects its’ having on her population. When we consider the Ascension of Earth, we sometimes need to discover where we are on a personal level in the process and there are exercises and meditations to discover this within the chapters of the book.
The book also explains that with the advent and development of science through the ages, humankind has been developing a more scientific approach to life. This has led modern generations to believe that anything that stemmed from intuitive insights, and that could not be scientifically proven, could not be accepted as fact. However, I have also explained how the two approaches are coming together as science develops. Nevertheless, for thousands of years before that humans strove to live in harmony with the rhythms of nature. They listened to, and took notice of the balance of the elements the course of the sun, the moon and the cycle of the seasons. In the main they cared for and honoured the land of their ancestors. All of which is described in the book.
In Summary, my book tracks the Ascension of Earth from the earliest known people that lived thousands of years ago. In particular the ancient peoples of Egypt, Greece, Mesopotamia, Asia, America and Europe in order to explore their understanding of philosophy, nature, astrology and how to survive on Earth by observing their surroundings and understanding the cycles of life. It also provides meditation and exercises to enable our own spiritual development, heightening our vibration and how to create the life we wish to live.
