Alaska felt the students getting restive, and, as if on cue, Maxim began “Hi, my magicians, I trust you have been flicking your magic wands and creating the life of your dreams out of thin air! I can see the big poster over there boldly announcing “You are the ultimate magician”, which, I suppose, has become my signature statement. Well, it is true. You are, but you somehow don’t believe it, do you?”
Maxim paused, looked around with a gentle smile and then raised his hand and asked “Anybody who believes it is true? Anyone?”
He looked around. He didn’t see any hand raised.
Maxim softly said with a smile “No one?”
And then he saw a small, thin hand raised from somewhere in the middle of the hall. Maxim said “Ah, now I see one. My little friend, could you please stand up so that I can appreciate you better? A mike for my friend, please!”
As soon as the mike reached, a thin, short girl, in a pink shirt, got up with her hand still raised.
Maxim asked her “What makes you think that it is true?”
The girl, without any hesitation, replied “Because you always say it! If it was not true, you would not say it again and again. Something tells me, Gladiator, you never lie!”
“Wow!” Maxim said with a laugh “What a compliment! I will cherish it my friend.” He looked around and was surprised to see all hands raised in the auditorium. He smiled and asked “Now, what does this mean?”
The answer came in unison “We too believe it because you believe it Gladiator!”
Maxim looked at his audience with unwavering piercing look in his Indigo eyes and said “I appreciate your courage to speak the truth. So, let us begin.”
Maxim asked “Do you know why you find it so difficult to believe that you, like a true magician, can create anything out of thin air, simply by consciously desiring to do so? Well, allow me to tell you. It is because you have been told and you have believed it, all your life, that you do not have the power to do so. That is the crux of the matter. Have you never wondered why you presume that you do not have the power to create the things that you desire? If it is only a belief that you inherited from your family, or from the collective consciousness of the world, what makes you think it is the truth? A belief is only an opinion, not necessarily a truth.”
Maxim paused and looked at his young audience. Alaska knew he cared for them and he wanted to ensure they understood basic spiritual law so that they could create a life of their choice.
He began “So, my magicians, for you to be able to believe that you indeed have mind-boggling powers, first, you need to know who you are, who or what you truly are!”

About the Book
Alaska, a student at the university, had no interest in spirituality. But her accidental meetings with Maxim De Winter, a billionaire entrepreneur, better known for his spiritual work as “gladiator” around the globe, changed her views completely. Gladiator said his mission was to awaken humanity to their own inherent power. After learning to meditate and other spiritual practices, Alaska knew for sure she was an ultimate magician, as Gladiator said, with unimaginable powers to create anything she desired. Spreading Gladiator’s spiritual message was her passion now. To learn to present spiritual seminars herself, Alaska attended five seminars with Gladiator in different cities with different audiences, at the end of which she was expected to be able to present a seminar. Will she be able to do it? Alaska’s mother worried lest her daughter gets hurt in the process. She thought it was inevitable that Alaska would fall for Maxim De Winter with fancy cars, yachts, businesses around the world, and his spiritual knowledge that gave him an irresistible charismatic personality. So it was a welcome surprise for Alaska’s parents when Maxim De Winter called them one day to say he would be coming to meet them next Saturday. They were overjoyed and were looking forward to his visit, but Alaska was not, although she was curious to know why he always addressed her as princess. And whenever she asked him for anything, his response was “Your wish is my command, princess.” She wondered why.
