Paving the Road to Inspired Empowerment

T.A.R Thought Action Reflection. In the journey to inspired empowerment the first step for me has always been thought, from either myself or someone else. Only after I took action did I see results. The action turned what started out as a motivational thought into an inspired change. Motivation is temporary and usually external. When something is inspired, its origin comes from within. Motivation can open the door for inspiration. However, without being inspired, there is little chance for the long haul of change and growth. The last step is reflection after we have done the work. By reflecting we can measure our growth and affirm it. Seeing our growth and finding gratitude in it helps to make the changes more concrete. Everything takes time and is a process. Step by step this book is designed to open up endless possibilities and to remind you just how powerful you are. Remember a book doesn’t fix or heal things but what you do with it does. I have in no way perfected anything in this book. However, these are the steps thoughts and reflections that altered my life in a way I can never repay. This book is my attempt at giving back that which was freely given to me in life experience. You can open this book up to any chapter or read straight through. It is set up to start your day with a thought coupled with actions to use throughout the day. In the evening or at the end of your day the third part is reflections with questions to guide you. Each series of thoughts actions and reflections can be done one day or as many as you would like or need.
