Jocelyne F. Lafrenière is an international management consultant, executive coach, corporate trainer, and keynote speaker. She holds a bachelor of commerce degree and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. She is a Certified Professional Success Coach and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. She is a former partner of KPMG Canada, one of the world’s largest professional services firms where she led the International Development Assistance Services of their Ottawa office. She is currently the president of JFL International Inc., a management consulting, coaching, and training firm. Throughout her career, Jocelyne has actively championed for the empowerment of women, the protection of children, and education. Jocelyne is the founder of the JFL Foundation, which advances the lives of underprivileged people around the world through education and entrepreneurship. She defends human rights through the JFL Peace Movement. She is a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for her significant contribution to the community in Canada and abroad.
