About the Book
Domenico Stallo’s writing explores the journey of self-discovery through various life stages. About the Author
Domenico Stallo Born in Vibo Valentia, Calabria, Italy, Domenico’s journey took him around the world exploring what was out there. His mother encouraged his exploration of words and acquired knowledge through reading. Two pivotal gifts sparked his curiosity: - Her Reader’s Digest subscription, where he’d eagerly flip to the last pages, fascinated by word definitions. - An Encyclopedia Treccani, which broadened his understanding of the world of words. These early influences laid the foundation for his love of words and learning. His adventurous spirit extends beyond literature. A passionate photographer and an avid helicopter pilot. This led him to appreciate the wilderness and its beauty inspiring poetic romanticism. He proudly served in the Italian Paratrooper Special Forces Folgore, where he was awarded the Bronze Medal of Honor for meritorious service in search and rescue. A romantic at heart, he writes from the soul, drawing inspiration from bygone eras. His poetry reflects inner turmoil, passion, and love, infused with a nonconformist spirit and a deep connection to the human experience.
