Transitioning Back into the Light

Gratefulness, Praise, and Visualization Exercise

Julie Page: Good morning, Louise. Before we begin, I just want to say thank you again, and that I’m so excited and blessed to be doing this with you. Please, tell me what you’ve been working on since crossing over.

Louise Hay: Good morning, dear. You are very welcome, and I am so grateful to be of service. And I, too, am blessed to be able to work with you. I hope you can feel the love I’m sending you now.

I’ve been doing much work on myself. Going over my life’s work and taking in the proud feelings of all that I have accomplished in all my many lifetimes. I don’t know that I truly let myself realize the impact I had on so many people, especially the authors and other Hay House employees who continue to do wonderful work to help people help themselves. I truly am seeing this from a new vantage point.

I’m continuing to learn and work on my spiritual journey. Being able to see this last Hay House convention in Phoenix, from this new perspective, really drives home the impact Hay House is having on multiple generations. It fills my heart up so much. It gets me excited to continue to share information and learning from this new perspective. I feel that I can continue to encourage and help enlighten the next generation and the next through not only continuing to channel information but also by what we have cultivated at Hay House. I saw so many wonderful teachers who had the courage to get up on stage and share their stories, their hardships, and their wins. I love seeing Gabby (Gabrielle Bernstein) up there, just hitting it out of the park! She has such vibrancy. And Rebecca (Campbell) got a room full of women and men to dance like nobody was watching! They were able to let go and not worry about what anyone else was thinking about them, and just feel and move with the energy of the music! Ken (Honda) did his first talk in English! He was able to share his experiences and connect with a completely new audience. That is just amazing. I love that Mike Dooley and Sara Landon started a channeling class right before the conference and then were in appearance in Phoenix to help make channeling more understandable by answering questions and demonstrating the channeling process during their talk. Sara is really helping so many more people receive messages and share support to one another through the modality of channeling, and by teaching it. Abiola (Abrams) was a powerhouse. She was so heartfelt and really connected and gave people a different perspective, an approval of sorts to go back to their roots and take support and inspiration from focusing on the positive aspects. Powerful, just powerful! I love seeing how all the speakers have evolved to doing their own things and paving the way for other lightworkers who will move us toward total love. Thank you all for being so brave!

So back to me. (Giggle.) I’m continuing to learn and work on my spiritual journey. This is a very important piece of information that I want you all to understand. When your time on Earth (in this incarnation) ends, it is truly a transition into the next step of your spiritual journey.

You do not end! You are pure energy. Energy cannot be destroyed. It only changes form. I know that I’ve been here, in this spirit form, before, but we really do choose to forget everything about where we have come from while we are in human form. I believe now is a crucial time on Earth, and all of us on “the other side” are here to help you remember what your paths are and what your intentions were when you made your decision to incarnate. We want to help you remember what your blueprints consist of so that you can continue to raise the Earth’s vibration, along with everyone on it. This will help the Earth move into the fifth-dimension reality.

JP: Let’s define the fifth dimension for people.

LH: Yes, let’s do that together.

JP and LH: The fifth dimension is one of love. True love. Love and unity. One where we ask ourselves how we are the same instead of focusing on how we are different. Where we see ourselves as earthlings or humans, instead of dividing ourselves into separate nations, races, and genders. It is a world where we believe that everyone is worthy, and we teach that concept to all. And we abide by it. We treat ourselves, one another and Earth with respect and grace.

LH: I want to take a second and say that I’m proud of you. I’ve been watching you learn from your guides. You are bringing in so much content, it’s surprising that you’re not overwhelmed. And I see you receiving the nudges to send love to others and to the entire Earth, and you are starting to do this more consistently through your daily meditations. And you are also very importantly starting to bring love into yourself first. It’s like I say about the airplane situation where you put your own mask on first. I hear you encouraging others to do this with this analogy, in treating themselves better and providing their own self-care. Kudos! Every time that we teach another person to raise their vibration, this has a larger impact by the law of synergy. And thank you for your work! Look back at these pages and see how much you have transmitted from me already. See how easy this can be?
