You may notice that throughout the three books that there is a progression in Sue’s development and knowledge of consciousness, soul and spirit. I wanted to give you, the reader, and especially people new to the idea that there is no death, a complete background of the happenings and activities from Sue as they progressed and were told to me. And finally there are some additional unusual signs and communications that were added to the third book, Conversations From Heaven, after publication. One of the hardest things for me to overcome was the insecurity caused by Sue’s death. I began to question if I was a good husband, did she really love me, did I do “right” by Sue in her final days? As I didn’t initially believe in life after death, I was trapped in my grief. When Sue began communicating with me, I needed reassurance that I wasn’t imagining our connection because of my grief. Even though our conversations became a regular occurrence, I still needed her assurance that love was eternal as was life. I believe this to be a common problem that most survivors face.
