Most of us believe we have a soul. We all have differing details of what God and soul and afterlife are, but in general we accept these concepts as true. Therefore, any discussion of death and transition must include both the body andthe soul. This is important when differentiating between death and transition.
Death addresses only the physical aspect to our life. Transition is holistic in that it encompasses the heart, mind, body and spirit of our being. Whereas death implies an ending of a life, the word transition describes more accurately what occurs when we die, which is a passage of consciousness from one reality to another. Transition is the appropriate term for soul movement in and out of a body. It is a portal to the other side, and back again. Back and forth.Ebb and flow.
Birth and death share much in common. Birth requires passage through a narrow tunnel toward bright light. Innumerable accounts of dying report passage through a narrow tunnel towards a bright Light. When born, we meet with other humans. Upon death, we meet with other human souls who died before us. Pain accompanies both aspects of transition. Birth is painful to both mother and child. Mother’s pain is obvious, but imagine the extreme pressure on the baby’s head and body passing through the birth canal. Similarly, dying is painful. Whether we linger through the process or by God’s grace go quickly, pain is present.
Once the soul is released from the confines of its physical body, all pain stops immediately. The blind can see, the deaf can hear, and all the physical encumbrances and limitations experienced in life no longer exist. Pain is perceived only by the brain and the five senses. Once free of the body the spirit becomes free of pain.
Birth and death remind us of the circle of life. A soul entering a body, joined for the duration of one’s life, leaving the body, and then progressing to the next phase of afterlife. Our soul appears to be in perpetual transition. For those who believe in reincarnation, the soul comes full circle into the next life.
And then there is the other side. This reality is experienced when the soul leaves the physical body. By definition transitioning of our soul out of our body is transcendent, and therefore of the fourth dimension. So the other side appears to be the initial entry into this non-physical reality.
The other side is where souls exist. This is a field of energy where your soul came from and where it will go after your death. It’s where souls exist between lives.
Death is a permanent existence in fourth dimensional reality as compared to the temporary glimpses perceived during out of body experiences like prayer or meditation, or during NDE’s, OOBE’s, coma or hypnosis.
The fourth dimension does not exist within the confines of physical space, the three dimensions of “things”. The fourth dimension is not tangible. You cannot see, hear, touch, taste or smell anything. Things exist, but it requires the sixth sense to perceive it all. Our intuitive sixth sense is required to comprehend information or experiences that are invisible to our ordinary five senses. When we are actually on the other side, when we have a NDE, or are unconscious in a coma, we automatically switch to intuitive mode, where all communication is telepathic and perception is intuitive.
The details of what happens to our soul after we die, beyond the initial life review, is open to speculation. Because Invisible Energy in the fourth dimension is so vast and infinitely complicated it is difficult for we limited human beings to comprehend the complexity of the metaphysical world. Spiritual ascended masters have given us insights to help us understand, to help us make sense of death and dying.
