Laurie put the leather bag on the table and drew two documents out of it. Both had a red, ‘Top secret’ stamp prominently displayed across the cover. One was titled “CHIP Control, Herd, Influence Program: Operational Plans.” Laurie put this to one side. Cathy recalled that the CHIP program was aimed at developing enhanced monsters who could herd and shepherd zombies so they could be controlled and culled. “It’s this one that we need to discuss,” Laurie said. He slid the second document in front of Cathy. It was called: “Continuity of Command: Global Reset.”
“What does it mean,” Cathy said. “And what has it got to do with us here in Ironbark Creek?” Laurie looked tired but said as he rubbed his eyes, “I’ve been up all-night reading this. I had no idea what it was about and when I found the bag, I had no idea whose it was or what it contained. I recalled you’d said that Roger had stayed at Grace’s and my house, so I assumed it was his. I was going to just throw it away, but something made me open it and look inside. Part of me wishes I hadn’t.” He put a finger under the word “Global Reset” and said to Cathy. “This is why it matters to Ironbark Creek. If they know about us having survived and about our community, they’ll not rest until we’re eliminated or controlled.” Laurie opened the document. It was not an extensive document, only about 35-36 pages. It was on plain white paper and typed in neat, regular font. Such are the directives of the devil, Laurie thought.
“There was a plan, a plan all along to change the world and control it. The virus, the vaccine, the ambos, and the CHIP’s… these are all part of the plan. This document sets out the plan and the reason for it.” “A global reset, yes Roger told us about that.” Cathy said wondering what else could be in the document.
“It all started with 9/11.” Laurie said. “On the day the World Trade Center was attacked, the Pentagon was also hit, and the White House, while not hit, was on the terrorist list. The US Government had, or thought they had, a contingency plan for events like the one that was set in motion that day. Their plans were based around a nuclear attack, but they had a plan for how to deal with chain of command issues should the President or the Vice-President or others in the senior command or government positions be killed or put out of action. The plan called for a clear continuity of command, but it failed. It all went to shit. For hours on the day of the attack communication failed, orders were given without Presidential oversight, they gave “kill” orders to shoot down their own rescue helicopters by mistake and only rescinded them at the last minute. The White House and the Pentagon, the Congress and the city of Washington were in a state of chaos. The President, Bush, was at such high altitude in Airforce One that he was out of communication range for minutes and minutes at a time. The country was leaderless, and confusion reigned.” Cathy looked lost. She still felt ill, tired, and nauseous and she was struggling to see what this information had to do with Ironbark Creek. Laurie put his hand on hers. He could see she was confused. “It took me a while to think this through too,” Laurie said sympathetically.
“You see after 9/11 a group of powerful businessmen knew they might have a chance to make or take an opportunity to assume control. You see, Cathy, it was not long after 9/11 that a powerful group of businessmen could see this opportunity clearly. Their first plan was to place a friendly colleague in the White House and try to cease power legitimately.”
“Trump,” Cathy said. “But they voted him out.”
“Exactly, he lost the election in 2020,” Laurie replied. “But he wasn’t meant to. The rich and mighty businessmen meant to have fixed the election. It was why Trump couldn’t believe he had lost. The election was meant to have been rigged, but in his favour. He was meant to have won. His business buddies had tried to set him up for another term. But no one told the American people. No one saw that the people would come out to vote in such vast numbers, and the businessmen had no idea of the impact of COVID-19 on the people’s dissatisfaction with Trump.”
“So, their plan failed,” Cathy said.
“Yes,” said Laurie. “Exactly, with that plan having failed they needed another, one that would ensure they could take and hold power without the facade of a democratic system and ‘Operation Reset’ was born.”
“So, the USA developed a way to take over the world and the ambos are the result?” Cathy said sounding more confident. “Yes, well yes and no, but, that’s not all of it.” Laurie explained a little exasperated. “It took me a while to work this out. It is not a USA reset plan; it is a business leader plan. A small group of powerful corporate bigwigs want to take over the world, not just a country. They want to take over the whole world. In fact, they don’t want the world to have any countries at all. Just their combined corporate world, with a few wealthy corporate leaders keeping power, making profits, and paying no taxes. You see the businesspeople are from organisations spread across countries from all over the world, they used the USA and their military to support and help them unwittingly.” Laurie held up the document. “This document sets out the strategies for capturing the USA military and security infrastructure and turning a number of other countries military assets against themselves. In China, the Army was forced into a fight for authority with the Airforce and Navy. As well, in Russia, the military were used to cause chaos and undermine their own countries security. So they too have had a hand in fulfilling the strategies of the mega-rich involved in this plan, without even knowing it.”
Cathy took a sip of coffee. It was cool now and she managed to keep it down. Then she took a bite of toast as she contemplated Laurie’s explanation of the Global Reset. “How is this possible?” Cathy asked. “Does that document set this out?” “Partially,” Laurie said as he opened the document to page 3. “Here,” he added as he pointed to a long set of numbered paragraphs. Cathy looked at the front cover of the document as Laurie searched for the relevant pages. She only had a fleeting glance but saw it said, “Continuity of Command: Global Reset.” Then she saw it also said in smaller print below the title, “Reset Plans.” Laurie read: “Following the establishment of the 20-member Global Reset Consortium (GRC):
