It is urgent you join the effort to become strong, and wise to live a life of love, health, and joy. It is urgent because we have lost one too many loved ones through premature death, sickness and vices.  It is time to wake up and decide to do everything necessary to get out of this vicious cycle of living half dead. Death is unavoidable, and it will come in its due time, but we can avoid suffering a slow painful premature death. Instead of laying  on the thorny bed of conformity, we can encourage and support each other to reach our dreams and goals.      I wrote this handbook to escape this cycle of sickness and premature death to move onto a journey of freedom and progress. I compressed my experiences, knowledge accumulated through reading and observation into this handbook. Take the challenge to strive to reach your best version. Together, starting with Me and You, we will inspire others to join a journey of health and wellness.
