Opportunities will be presented again and again, To teach forgiveness, To release guilt, shame and blame. Life wants for us to acknowledge all of the self-limiting traits, Let them go And in their place, create Affirmations that will initiate new growth For what we desire, of our lives, Is to live authentically, Directed by the soul Life can be lived harmoniously.

The story of a black British woman of Afro Caribbean descent and her search to live a life of freedom. It reveals the internal and external battles she encountered and her courage to walk away from aspects of her culture and the religion that shaped and formed her belief system from an early age.
