Sassy Cat provides humor and witty inspiration from the perspective of a cat. Under the premise that laughter is the best medicine, allow Sassy cat to brighten your day with her sassy humor and the natural ease and composure that comes so easily a cat.

About the Author

Julie Rose is an author and artist from Western Canada. In the past she has written articles for children in magazines such as Cricket and Chickadee after obtaining her certificate in writing from the Institute of Children’s Literature. Since then, she has had articles of a more spiritual nature published in Lightworker’s World. She has been commissioned in the past to create art work of a spiritual nature and some of her work in this vein appears in the book, Women’s Power Stories: honoring the feminine principle of life. This is Julie’s first venture into cartooning and this book was inspired by her cat, Mia, who passed away in 2017 at the age of 19yrs old. Julie would like to further develop her creativity in this area, perhaps with some sequels based on her other pets. As well as expanding her creativity as an Artist, Julie would also like to venture into motivational speaking. Julie is also a Holistic Alternative Medicine Practitioner and co-owner of Joy’n’Peace Now Inc. Julie lives in Alberta, Canada, along with her family.
