Law From Within

This book has spoken of a new paradigm for men women and children founded on individual human life, as distinct from government rule based on ‘society by company.’ It is a sad fact that modern law schools and most of their lawyers agree the notion that only 'positive law' should count as law. So we are led to believe that it is law; despite it being nothing but an arbitrary collection of rules defining a game or society. Society's orderliness only concerns personified positions, roles and functions. The so-called laws of a political, social organisation rely on rewards and punishments that induce or force natural living beings to perform roles scripted for their legal entity to enact. So law schools and its disciples—that should have identified the principles and patterns of order of Man and his social interactions in the human world—have sold out to a fictional ‘legal science,’ and now force our compliance in violation and contravention of natural law. The convivial order of natural living beings is not merely dismissed without serious argument today, rather is rejected in full because it would undermine the fictional construct of positive law and utterly destroy it; as it properly should. Natural law as here shown stands in complete contrast. It represents a convivial order or symbiotic society. Here, people interact as human beings regardless of their status, their position, role or function, if indeed any at all, despite any social order to which they may belong. Conviviality is objective and universal, the same at all times and place in any human population. No limit exists concerning possible goals or schemes of such society, neither any limit by which one purpose or plan of organisation can disband itself, perhaps to create a better replacement. Before that is possible, one needs full understanding of the beautiful and profound simplicity of natural laws within oneself. They govern your (life) processes; permitting and protecting. None command! None instruct! All uphold free will. You are the master of your life, your destiny and your soul. What data or information you choose to (mentally) process is for your free will to decide. These laws have never previously been explained from the standpoint of orderliness and the ‘sequential process’, presumably because no one sought to understand the relationship of conscious mind to subconscious mind. • If you can grasp the vital difference between a finely governed process that upholds and protects your life, even reporting its progress, and that you have unalienable right to choose what values you want to be upheld and protected, you will understand Creator’s invitation to live, like no other! • If you grasp likewise, that your right to life is protected only by (you) upholding the right to life of all others, you will understand Creator’s invitation for friendly societies to develop and flourish. In principle, there is nothing more to learn but your nature and being as the unique individual that you are! Agree that all others are equally independent, uphold their status in support of your own and not one thing more is needed. Whatever controverts or violates this condition is unlawful! Full realisation depends on understanding what has been hidden or not known concerning Man’s nature and his life, respective of the kind of society in which he should ideally live. Knowledge is of fundamental importance. Lies and false ideologies have no place. Truth matters because one's life is the truth. Discernment and evaluation are critical. Clearly observable, sadly, many new age fundamentalists have abandoned the word knowledge, instead, promoting beliefs or belief systems. Many other examples can show how knowledge is denied or circumvented, but stealth is the ultimate success of truth denial or abandonment. Little by little Man has been stealthily forced to function in a state of animality, made servant to state without his knowing. Let me make this very clear by reprinting two (prior) statements, striking out the second, then adding a third. 1. Animals adapt themselves to nature, (as nature determines), 2. Man adapts nature to himself, (as free will determines), 3. Man adapts himself to the nature of state ruled society, (as it determines and enforces). Read 1 and 3 together. Man is reduced to animal status by regulation unknowingly. His life-force is struck out! To reverse that condition is today's ultimatum! If Man is to enjoy a future never dreamt of, he must learn to focus on his true being; letting go of societal demands and the (believed) necessity of a state to rule it. Process that repeats, is life “Life” differentiates ethics from its lack and morality from immorality. Thoughts, desires and goals that uphold one’s life are ethical—those that do not, are not. Actions which respectfully support the lives of others are moral—those that do not, are not. Ethics concern one’s private thoughts, intentions and goals; affecting no one but oneself. Subsequently, they express as one’s morality or immorality—via one's actions. Rather than stressing the vital importance of the non-aggression principle, today's task is to uphold the life of Man and his right to live it, to advocate and press for natural law. All legal fictions will fall in consequence. The non-aggression principle will follow because it is within Creator’s ‘natural law of no trespass.’
