About the Author

KAREN is a kindergarten/early-childhood teacher with twelve years of experience. She has worked with children between six months and five years of age in both New Zealand and North Wales, United Kingdom. She considers North Wales to be her spiritual home.

Before that, she was a stay-at-home mum who was a parent help at kindergarten, primary, and secondary schools; then, she became a certified adult teacher. These qualifications and her extensive experience have given her a good grounding in the principles of teaching for any age.

Now that her two children are adults and she has one gorgeous grandson, she is still working full-time as well as producing books intended to entertain and serve as a teaching resource for school or home.
