About the Author
Evelyn Penney was born in Zurich, Switzerland, and emigrated to the US at age twenty. She married US Coast Guard officer William Penney, and they had two children, David and Alice. She spent her time raising, training, and showing horses; playing piano, mandolin, and classical guitar; and volunteering in nursing homes. Her main focus, however, was on studying the Bible and being a servant of Christ.
