While The Stars Are At Play serves as a tool for parents and caregivers of very young children to introduce them to the subject of perspective and spiritual self-awareness through a whimsical cast of loving stars. All of the books in the Lightheart Kids series are intentionally non-denominational and are intended to illustrate what all of us have in common as sacred inhabitants of a grand and mysterious Universe that we share with forces “bigger” than we are! Each book ends with a list of suggested Discussion Questions to help facilitate dialogue with children and to provide a safe and non-threatening platform for further conversation with young people

About the Book
Children already know better than we do that mysticism is real and divinely simple, but they sometimes need reminding of their sacred place when facing real-life difficulties. While The Stars Are At Play is fundamentally about the goodness of creation and is a work of spirituality that reminds us what is most important. It reminds me of Psalm 150 and the Book of Psalms in general with its words of praise. About the Author
Regulatory attorney, certified archetypal consultant with Caroline Myss’ Sacred Contracts program, and volunteer with the Texas Juvenile Justice Department, Jennifer works with young people who struggle with hope and perspective in their lives. She emphasizes spiritual self-esteem with the kids in the juvenile justice system and is enrolled in a ministry program at Loyola University. Jennifer lives in Austin with her husband and is a proud native of New Orleans, returning home at every opportunity!
