Letter to the Reader
While reading this book, you will find a very integrative way to achieve more well-being in your life. You will find insights and other very practical ways to create and enhance your well-being. You will be closer to the understanding that you are the one who creates your own reality. You are the source of your well-being.
Everything begins and ends in our imagination. Imagination is part of who we are. Let us be grateful for the lives we are living and for the realities that we are creating. We are continuously expanding—just as God/Goddess is continuously expanding. Let us be conscious; let us be well.
In our realities, beautiful moments with more well-being are waiting for us. Our physical bodies and minds are energy and information, which are continuously changing.
We are rivers of energy and information that are continuously changing. We are not the body, and we are not the mind; we are consciousness. (Close to 99 percent of our atoms are changing every year). Are matter and awareness made of nothing? In this continuous changing, we can find more well-being, according to our wishes and desires.
In any stage of consciousness, we are creating electromagnetic changes in our brains. At the same time, we are creating neurotransmitters and neuro-receptor sites, and many more changes are continuously reflecting our stages of mind. As in a hologram, these instantaneous changes will be present in all other parts of our physical bodies.
Our beliefs, attitudes, lifestyles, and stages of mind oversee the expressions of our genes. Only 5 percent of the diseases related to genetic mutations will cause particular illnesses. The other 95 percent of genes raise or lower a person’s risk factors in complex ways, including our lifestyles and the perceptions and interactions of our inner and external 16 environments. The well-being that we have in our stages of mind correlate with the quality of the well-being in our lives.
Our pasts, presents, and futures—and our births and our deaths—represent our experiences in our imaginations. They are continuously correlating with the quality of our well-being. Let us be aware of our capacity to be grateful and its magical correlation with our well-being. Every experience is only real in the present moment awareness.
Powerful futures of well-being are waiting for us all the time. We can be aware of higher stages of mind; we are living “real dreams” of well-being that we create in the reality of our imagination.
The quality of our journeys, which includes motivation, calmness, humility, compassion, and success, is part of our conscious awareness of well-being in the process of continuous actualization.
While reading this book, you will begin to understand these truths and many more, which will help you achieve the well-being you are looking for. Remember that we are all awareness.
Let us be more conscious of our present moment perceptions and be more conscious of what we like to perceive in the future. Let us be more conscious of our security, our pleasure, our vulnerabilities, our self-confidence, our hopes, our caring, our abundance and luxury, our intimacy, our compassion and more qualities of our Self.
By accepting who we are—and by expanding the love in our realities, we can find more well-being. We can perceive, and we can give meaning and significance to our perceptions and their correlation with our well-being.
In pursuing more well-being, we need to be aware that we should be consciously aware of our past and futures memories and of our imaginations. Our perceptions are alive 17 in our imaginations, and we are the creators of the realities of our perceptions of more well-being in our lifestyles.
Happiness is part of well-being. We only need an instant in our existence to be happy, and in that instant, we are able to elevate our happiness to enjoyment. Happiness depends on the perception, the meaning, and the significance of our realities in that instant. Our realities depend upon what we are aware of in that moment. In the instant of our awareness, we are creating our realities. Life is an instant in eternity.
You will be able to be more in touch with these concepts while reading this book and during the realization of the qualities of the pillars of well-being and the other gifts you will find during this journey. Life is not to survive it; life is to live it and to enjoy it.
Our realities depend upon ourselves and how lucky we are. Our realities depend on our stages of consciousness. We are consciousness. You may call it spirit, soul, or awareness, but we are the indestructible, eternal possibilities.
In the chapter about meditation, you will learn more about this powerful tool that will help you find more well-being in your life. In the silence of meditation, we are able to update ourselves with the least amount of effort. In the silent space of meditation, we have the opportunity to release and fulfill our desires. Desire precedes intention, intention precedes will, will precedes opportunities, and opportunities precede destiny.
God is all the possibilities within the silence. We can get in touch with God in the hush that is beyond the profound stillness of the silence. In the profound stillness of the silence, all possibilities exist. In the profound stillness of the silence, we are able to find out who we really are. As a result of the silence, we are able to be more conscious of the fact that we are all possibilities. We are the silent witness of our consciousness.
We are like God/Goddess, who is always expanding in love. We are a part of the evolution of consciousness; in that evolution of consciousness, we are getting closer to God’s presence.
God is a representation of the infinite possibilities, and in those infinite possibilities, we are always good enough to wake up into more well-being.
Let us remember that chaos always precedes change—and it follows change.
