Victim No More

For dear life, I kept screaming for help. One of the men said, “If you don’t stop screaming we’re going to kill you.” My first thought was I have a 50-50 chance to live, so I uttered, “Don’t you believe in God?” And then continued screaming for help. Until one of the men put all of his weight on my neck and I stopped breathing. Moments later, I had an out of body experience, it was though time stood still. sststill.consciousness while watching my physical body from another dimension. I could actually see without eyes. Then a sense of quietness came over my spirit. At first, I could see on either side of me what looked like a pale grayish thin cloud in between the horizon. It was painless and peaceful. Next, one of the men put all of his weight on my neck. With his knee pressing down on my throat, after a few moments I could no longer breathe. That’s when my life began to flash before my eyes; thoughts of my parents came to mind. It was as though I was saying my goodbyes within. All of a sudden the pain completely stopped, and my spirit was actually out of my body. From about 12 feet above ground, I was looking down at what was happening to my lifeless body. I was floating there observing, wondering why were they doing this, while realizing my soul’s detachment from my physical body.
