First things first, in my work as a real estate coach and life coach, I am often reminded that what works for some people does not necessarily work for all people, so each person may have a different idea of what balance may mean to them. I am hoping that by addressing the word balance and also different areas in which the word balance can help you, that you will find what works best for you. To start what does being in balance mean to you. Being in balance to me, means aligning with the universe to manifest less chaos, less stress, to become calm, grounded but also become more motivated.
The seven steps that I have in this book will outline what the word balance means and I will spell out the word balance B for believe, A for allow, L for learn, A for affirm, N for nurture, C for celebrate and E for expand. Being in balance completely, and perfectly may be a goal in life that can never truly be achieved, because we are always evolving, but with knowing that we are always growing, always changing and always choosing, we can use these seven steps with the word balance to help us manifest the best life and become the best you by being better with inner balance.
Let’s start by asking the question, “What is your Inner Being?”
Your inner being is who you really are on the inside. To know your inner being is to know your purpose, values, vision, goals, motivations, and beliefs. Not what you have been told by others, but what you have discovered for yourself. Knowing and balancing your inner being requires a high level of introspection and self-awareness.
In life, we all know that there are times when life is a balancing act. We may feel that we are just one step from falling and crashing. It can feel chaotic because we are constantly trying to find our purpose, to achieve out goals and trying to balance the other elements of our lives with relationships and external things.
Since we are all energy and our lives are how we use that energy, sometimes we have to give up something to get something. We feel we must deal with areas in our lives, that are taking up too much of our energy, so that we can maintain an inner balance with the outer balance.
How do we do this without creating more chaos in our lives? The answer is, you start with Inner Balance first. It is also very important to understand that others people cannot do this for us. No one else can think for us, can breathe for us and definitely cannot live for us. We are in charge of our own Inner Balance and it is only up to us to make the changes needed to create the life of our dreams. We just have to decide to do it.
