Mischievous eyes peering around the corner
A grin that can only be inspired
By a child’s firm belief in MAGIC
Cherished one- my elf, my fairy dust incarnate
You hold a dragon by the tail
And giggle while you dress him in princess clothes
Magical creatures are your best friends
Never forget that they love you dearly
The unseen worlds you hold in your head and heart
Come to fruition in your little hands
You breathe the elves and fairies into our world
And play with them into the long hours of the night
Falling asleep
They dance with you in your dreams
