Each day for an entire year, a message of self-love was posted to the online audience. The author also went through the journey of loving herself even when things were difficult. This book shows character and allows the reader to realize the core of what it means to truly value each individual person and the purpose they serve.

About the Author

Rebecca Slaven is a Reiki Master Healer who uses intuitive guidance to coach others on the path of comprehensive healing. In addition to healing, Rebecca is also a 500-hr Registered Yoga Teacher. Every day for the entire year of 2017, a post was written on the subject of self-love; these posts were then turned into a book that can be read year after year. This journey is an important reminder of how to love yourself and, in doing so, make the world a better place. Rebecca lives in Ellicott City, MD, and is originally from southern California. She loves to be near the beach and mountains.
