About the Author
I have walked closely with Capn for several years and find him without Rituals or Legalism. He was raised simple and close to the earth. He burn incense to the Buddhas each morning and evening and prays the 5 Islamic daily prayers. He celebrate the Full Moon, Solstices & Equinoxes with the Wiccan and fasts the first Sunday of every month with the Church of Latter Day Saints. Capn prays and fasts on Buddha's birthday and celebrate Christ's Brith (Christmas) & Ascension (Easter). He practices Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Yoga and Runs he also throw pots, grow bonsai trees, cast silver and water paints. His days consist of Reading, Writing, Prays, and Meditation... He claims no and is defined by no Religious or Spiritual order. As he lets go of all, meditation moves him into the One. He study the Bible, the Quran, the Taoism and Hermitic writings along with the Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita & the Dhammapada. He reads Ken Wilber, Ernest Holmes, Neville Goddard, Stuart Wilde... He enjoys Michael Stephens' translation of the Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu, Thomas Merton's and Dalai Lama XIV's translation of The Way of Chuang Tzu, Eknath Easwaran's translations of the Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita & the Dhammapada and Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's Science of Being and Art of Living.
