About the Book

Poet Tree—symbolic of the Tree of Life that reflects the stages of life and its cycle.

The theme of Love is the essence from which I have written these verses in my search for the ideal love that exists only in the soulful mind.

It aims for the ultimate urge of self-fulfillment by the giving of oneself.

I define Love as a feeling touching the heart to produce a joyous state that awakens the senses and dulls the mind to a suspended state.

Each poem is a living image of me; they are an extension of my thoughts and feelings that flow freely in my subconscious and find expression in the words I write.

A kaleidoscope of love expressed with powerful emotions that can relate to everyone for love is universal.

Absorbing it could lead you to the discovery of your own frailties and creativity.

About the Author

Lin Rose known as Rosalinda Villareal Jenkin Born under the sign of Libra ruled by planet Venus, goddess of love. An optimist.

Hails from the Bicol Region of the Philippines and of Filipino–Spanish descent with a touch of Chinese ancestry.

Educated in Manila, Philippines from early childhood to university level and migrated to Sydney, Australia in 1962.

Served the Filipino Australian Community for twenty-five years in the welfare and cultural field. Founded various community organizations.
