This book was created to help aid in family changes or help aid in children who have different then perceived by most of the population as perfect family scenario. Every child that learns to read has a picture in their head of what the ideal family is supposed to look like, the image is instilled in them from very young, so it is not hard to figure out that when their family doesn't fit the standard image that it is flawed. I believed this idea of the perfect family for a long time and tried very hard to make it so. After going through a separation, I found it very difficult, I felt like I was failing my children because I couldn't make it work, and we were not going to have the perfect family. My daughter was angry because she wanted the family scenario she saw in books, she wanted the " normal Family " which in turn got me thinking " how many normal families are out there? "My daughter would rather have us together, even if we were unhappy, just to keep that perfect scenario, because that is what a family is supposed to look like right. I started to think of different families and came up with the notion, that there is no perfect amount of numbers in a family, there is no perfect situation in a family, the only thing that can be perfect is love, that is it love, love is the perfect family ingredient. Love = The Perfect Family opens new thoughts about the many different and beautiful families that are out there. The questions at the end of the book are to initiate change of thought processes, to discover with the child you are reading with, that different kinds of families are everywhere, even right where they live,even on their very street.

About the Book
This book was written to convey a message to children, that there are many different kinds of families. This book is an attempt to break the perfect family scenario that is instilled in children I believe at a young age. We are all different and have unique family situations, these I hope can be looked at as acceptable, different can be good. walking down the street what do I see I see so many different families all of them unique in their own way each of them different and that is ok
About the Author
Cheryl is a certified youth worker, who is currently working toward getting her degree in psychology. Cheryl enjoys writing poetry, song lyrics, and inspirational quotes. Cheryl resides in Niagara Falls with her two children, who have inspired her to write this book. Cheryl feels she is on a spiritual journey in her life, and this book is the first she hopes of many as she shares experiences throughout her life.
