Hilde had got stuck in guilt and an inferiority complex! Doing everything in her power to be loved she still did not feel loved. That was her drama. Twice pregnant, though convinced she wanted her babies, her body refused the fetus and left her with a feeling of being infertile. Multiple sessions and a tremendous inner strength kicked her out of the drama and brought her back to the goddess she always was. During the last pregnancy her divorce was a hard nut to crack. As a child I thought I would die when 37. I kept running into the number 37.
A friend of mine told me that you also can die from someone or something!
Well, I died… but got reborn on my 37th.
It was in August 2001 that I made my first appointment with Rose Windels for a rebirthing session. I had a wonderful daughter but was so anxious to have a second child. Getting pregnant was not the problem, but keeping the child was! There was apparently something very wrong. I did not know what, I felt lost and needed help.
The day I made that appointment I did not realize I started a very interesting journey.
To say that Rose has charisma is an understatement. I was very impressed with her strength, inner power, lovely vibration, the feathers in her hair, and her breasts! When she very neatly covered the futon with towels, while she took a tissue box closer to her, I could not imagine what an effect rebirthing would have on me. But I knew in Rose I had found the right person to find my own way back… to myself!
When I tell you that my son’s second name is Rose, it is obvious that I am very fond of and grateful for that woman, for what she has done for me!

Surely rebirthing is something different and special for everyone. The deep and profound strong breath-work brings me into a rhythm I do not want to leave. I am very conscious of everything happening around me but have no notion of time. During the session I go from breathing through crying, laughing, severe cramps in hands and legs, chattering teeth to shaking hands. Every session brings me to the same place: the child in me, my pure and real me. Along the way, feelings, insights and images appear as if they were real! Good and bad memories!
Again and again I find the pure diamond hidden under the layers of trauma, blockages, residue from my education (or de-education), pressure of society and my own world I live in. I quickly understood that since I was a little girl I had taken on an artificial attitude that gave me a (false) feeling of security which did not allow me to grow up emotionally.
The breathing gives me back to me. I find myself back in total authenticity knowing that being beloved and happy is my birthright. After a session I feel light and real.
A few sessions of rebirthing resulted in some major insights as that made me angry with everything and everyone. What had they done to me? Later on I understood through often very hard confrontations that I was the only one responsible for my life and the choices that I’d made. I learned to love and accept myself and my shortcomings. I can now see clearer and am grateful for the lessons I received. I cleared my relationship with myself and my environment .
While I was heavily and regularly rebirthing, I got pregnant again and I chose to keep this one. My son has been rebirthing with me the whole way. In comparison with his sister I can see how much more Viktor is happy with, and loves, himself. He does not pretend. He challenges me when it comes to discipline and pressure and stays himself in all circumstances.
His nickname is “Happy bubble”!
In the meantime, Viktor is 7years young. I am a happy, content woman, even if from time to time - when it is too difficult - I have to be reminded of the fact that my good feeling does not depend on the others but on me. (and myself.) There might be other systems to get through trauma, old pain and undigested feelings, but rebirthing was and is the tool that fits me. Six years ago, my kids and I started a long and instructive journey. It was good.
