Cathy Thomas has a bachelor’s degree in Honors Business and a master's degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. She has over twenty-five years of experience in private practice as a psychotherapist specializing in post-traumatic stress disorder.
Cathy co-founded a holistic counseling center in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she employed many of the techniques and practices discussed in this book.
She is currently retired and lives with her husband and two Australian Shepherds in Cincinnati.
About Leslie S. Evelo
Leslie S. Evelo, Ph.D., is a psychologist, Reiki Master, and founder of Online Therapeutic Consultation, LLC. She worked in private practice for twenty years, where she developed an interest in non-traditional and spiritual methods of healing.
Leslie currently works as a psychologist at the University of Cincinnati Student Health Services.
She lives in Cincinnati with her life partner and her three dogs.
