Guidelines to Achieving Better Health, Well-Being, Success, and Abundance
We desire and we deserve more health, well-being, success, and abundance.
Within our possibilities, we have the capacity to experience health, well-being, success, and abundance with the help of our willingness, love, and imagination. Let us receive them.
The more we experience health, well-being, success, and abundance, the more we realize that it is normal and natural to be in the state of health, well-being, success, and abundance.
The best health insurance we can have, we find within ourselves. Help is always available, but unless we take responsibility and own the right to that privilege, our security as well as our health and well-being will be incomplete. The best guidelines for our success and abundance are within us. It is up to us to transform, transmute, and transcend our feelings, our thoughts, and the meaning of our experiences into a new self that finds desirable feelings, thoughts, and meaning in our experiences. In the fun of our recreation, we play a different narrative of our realities.
In that moment, in this moment, and in any moment and place, there is the possibility of completeness, alignment, and enthusiasm. There are parts of what we call well-being, which includes health, success, and abundance. All is within us. Remember, we have always had the ability to lift ourselves to a higher state of well-being. Let us allow it.
There are always more moments and places to continue the everlasting truth and journey of love that contains what we call well-being, regardless of the circumstances. If we are honest with ourselves, we can be more in touch with that everlasting journey that is present in any moment, at any time, in any space—and as a consequence, in no moment, no time, and no space. No matter how we explain our reality, we can conclude that magic and mystery are ever-present.
The possibility of receiving is always available to us, but if we are not ready to allow the peace, the tenderness, the silence, the enjoyment, and many more things that are also part of our well-being, we will miss the opportunity that the experience offers to us, to empower ourselves in the journey to find more health, well-being, success, and abundance. It is up to us to make a better experience from every circumstance in our lives.
Please remember that in health, well-being, success, and abundance—as well as in any experience of our reality—nothing is lost. The meaning of the experience could always be utilized as a step to higher states of well-being that sometimes we cannot imagine in that moment and in that place. Even if we think that we have lost something, in that same moment, doors to infinite possibilities will open in different ways for the fulfillment of our desires. Through the doors of infinite possibilities, we can be more in touch with positive webs and leave aside the hypocrisy of negative webs.
Be mindful. Mindfulness is a requirement in any activity in our lives if we want to achieve good health. Mindfulness means to be present, to be grateful, and to be in the moment with the elements, with the experience, with intimacy, closeness, and tenderness. In mindfulness, we enjoy ourselves and the relationship with the experience in that time and space. In mindfulness, we experience the wonder and the enchantment. The more we experience mindfulness, the more we are one with the totality. In mindfulness, we are here and now. We are more self-fulfilled, and we know that there will be more. In mindfulness, we experience serenity, exhilaration, silence, joy, and peace at the same time. Each time that we are uncomfortable, we are not paying attention to the joy of the moment. We are not paying attention to our true self.
God/Goddess’s nonjudgmental witnessing of our experiences provides us with more awareness and room for practicing mindfulness. In other words, by paying attention to that part of ourselves—by heeding our senses, thoughts, and emotions—we can allow ourselves to be more present in the here and now. To experience higher states of success, we must be willing to ask for and allow help.
Take advantage of your experiences; make the experience the best for you. In this way, your evolution will be more successful. Be more conscious of your evolution.
We are part of nature. Let us remember again to be in touch with the five elements of nature, with the earth and all that it represents. It is important to experience the air and its movement, the sun and its power of transformation, the cleansing properties of water and the strength of the earth. Their love is unconditionally available. Taking a walk in nature and being aware of the abundance, the magic, the alignment, the creativity, and the harmony of the elements and their manifestations is always very rewarding.
We explore forgiveness and the benefits of forgiveness that are of fundamental importance for our well-being. After forgiveness, we can better experience the sensuality and enchantment of the spirit as well as the passion of the soul. Our bodies are intimately connected . Any forgiveness that comes from our emotional body resonates instantly in every part of our being. Our physiology, our chemistry, our energy, and any of our components will benefit from that forgiveness. With forgiveness, we are more in touch with kindness, with the benevolence of God/Goddess. With forgiveness, we are more in touch with our abilities and the pleasures inherent in an open trust, and therefore we are able to receive realities that are more beautiful.
We are physical, but we are also emotional. We have the need to feel, and we have the choice to decide our feelings. Our emotions are energy. We have the habit of experiencing certain feelings during our life. Although we feel alienated by those habitual feelings that we no longer desire, we always have the capacity to forgive and to change them. If we want better health, we need to get in touch with our feelings, and we need to know that although sometimes we deny our power to change, the possibility of releasing bad feelings and creating new ones is always within ourselves. The realization of our gentleness and our tenderness helps us to be more aware of the limitations of our negative webs. Let us realize the silliness, the humor, and the laughter of these new understandings.
