Put in the Emotion, the Chemical Reaction of Love
When I returned from Namibia to live in Johannesburg in 2002, I devoted myself exclusively to being a numero-therapist, using the power of numbers for healing.
After my back operation in December 2000 in Cape Town, I was feeling much better. I had moved back to Johannesburg, and of all the silly things to do I tripped over a step, and, bingo! I began to experience back pain again. I was devastated! In retrospect, I can see this was the last reminder of what I still had to do, but at the time I was not aware of it.
I was frequently on the radio in those days and had acquired a lot of clients who’d heard me speak. One of those clients came for a reading. On seeing me sit awkwardly in my chair, she asked me what was wrong. After I told her, she looked at me for a minute or so and then told me she had a message for me from her guides.
Her message was to tell me to “put in the love.”
Great, I thought, I know that, but how do they want me to do it?
“Oh,” she said, “that is for you to find out.”
Okay, I thought, I can do that.
For the next two weeks, I spent hours and hours visualizing myself smearing a white, creamy, shaving-cream-like substance on and around my injured area (L4/L5). I did this diligently, making sure I covered all sides, nooks, and crannies. Of course, nothing happened. Anyone observing me from the afterlife would have been doubled up with laughter. Hmm, I thought, there is something I am missing.
I woke up early one morning with a particular thought in my head; I always do my best thinking around four in the morning—a little “help,” perhaps? Anyway, that morning, I decided to look at what I do when a client comes to me for a healing. I lay them down, and then I move away to “link” with my Universal life force. I do this through prayer.
When in what I call “healing mode,” which usually takes about five minutes to reach, I feel the energy coursing through me. It makes me feel blissfully happy, way beyond normal happiness, and I start to shake as I accommodate the healing energy that is my god force.
This is pure Universal Love, which is the vehicle that in our physical bodies activates a chemical reaction that releases “happy hormones” (endorphins). In this way, Universal Love, for just a moment, shows us the power of divine love. Incidentally, it is this power that is at the core of our very existence. We also know it as our life force, which is with us all our lives. At death, our life force disconnects and leaves the physical body to return to our natural form.
By the way, there is a definite difference between looking at a person sleeping and looking at a person whose life force has left the body. One is a vibrating being; the other one is an inanimate object. To get back to the importance of what just happened. I came to realize that you can visualize yourself into the next world, but if you do not have the emotion in that visualization, nothing will happen. It is only when you inject the emotion of pure Universal Love into an otherwise empty thought that you can create the outcome you desire.
The moment I realized what I needed to do and then actually did it, I felt such relief in my lower back. Of course, if I do something stupid like lifting an object that is too heavy, I can certainly feel a twinge and may need to go back to a chiropractor for a realignment, but from the day I understood what “put in the love” meant, I realized that I am in control of who and what I am. Once I realized that I am worthy of being loved, the healing worked. I had finally understood my issues with a numerological 8 lesson, learning to value myself.
We know that Thought creates Form. We also know that if the Intention to create that Thought is filled with love, the loving Thought will manifest in a loving Form on the physical level. Without that injection of Universal Love, it is nothing but a sterile Thought that will amount to nothing.
In the five-sensory world in which we are accustomed to living, it is the control of power that is uppermost in people’s lives; without power, you seem to be a non-entity. Power equals control, and having no control promotes fear. We see through the ages that fear is a negative expression that has divided people, countries, and cultures and kept us in a constant state of “fight or flight.” In numerology, this relates to the number 5 and here again you can see the connection to a five-sensory state of mind.
What has been happening since the latter part of the twentieth century is a slow move toward humanity leaving that five-sensory state of being behind. We are turning into multi-sensory beings who are able to look at life in a far more holistic way by becoming more perceptive to intuition and by being able to use latent psychic talents that needed to be awakened.
It is widely known that a belief is a powerful thing, and if that belief comes from the heart with love, the emotion it creates can have a definite impact on “matter.” Why? How?
Over the last couple of decades some scientists have started to get serious about quantum physics. As recently as 1999, the Chandra Observatory set out to determine whether something or nothing inhabited so-called “empty space.” What they came up with was mind-bending: on their computer model they saw filaments of energy connecting everything. This is another confirmation that just because you can’t see something, it doesn’t mean it’s not there. How does this fit into our understanding of Universal Love and the Universal life force?
If you take this principle, and include a strong belief with love, which causes heartfelt emotion, you allow yourself to send out waves or vibrate at the frequency of love. When this happens, you will be able to change the frequency or vibration of not only what is going on around you but in you, too!
Imagine your “love-filled belief” being so powerful that it physically generates a loving emotion that changes the vibration of your DNA. The DNA, with its new frequency or vibration, has the power to change the photons we are made of. Subsequently, that will cause “matter” made up of those photons—that is, the body—to resonate up to the new frequency or vibration and then be able to heal itself. How’s that for an idea?
How do you do this? Through meditation and focus!
For each person there is a note, a sound that touches you. This note creates sound waves that are filled with emotion, and they ripple out from you like pulses, touching other people around you. Imagine monks with their “singing bowls” or beautiful music played in churches. For me it is a uillean pipe (an Irish bagpipe) playing a piece of lilting Celtic music that resonates with me on all levels and makes me want to cry with a sense of happiness and peace.
Look for your note and focus on it. Feel the vibration it creates, and let
it swirl all around you and seep into you. While this is happening, use
your focus like a beating heart sending out waves and ripples of love and
ecstasy that flows over and through your entire body. At the same time,
keep repeating your belief that everything has been reset to its original,
pristine vibration or frequency.
